Northern Virginia Youth Ballet

A new, non-profit professional youth ballet company under the direction of Yuri
Nikitenko and based in Northern Virginia, NVYB will provide talented area
students with professional performing experience, original choreographic
pieces, community arts collaboration, and student/community outreach
programs.
Unlike any other ballet company in the area, NVYB company members will have
the opportunity to work with acclaimed guest artists, nationally recognized
contemporary choreographers, all in a professional youth company created
specifically for their needs as growing and maturing artists.
NVYB received its 501(c)3 status effective April 12, 2010.
Auditions for NVYB's inaugural season will be held September 10, 2011.
